Rest easy in this 2017 Kodiak ultimate 240bhsl. With room for you the kids and friends. Sleeping arrangements are made up With 1 queen, 2 bunks and a dinette that makes into a double. With a pantry, fridge/freezer, 3 burner stove with oven and a large sink you will have plenty of options inside to store and cook your meals. Seating for 6 around the Ushape dinette for meals, we have also included plates cups and utensils. There are pots and pans for food preparation and cooking. As well as the normal necessities. Coffee maker and ice maker are also included.
Outside you can sit under the awning to keep out the rain or sun. BBQ is available to use with the outdoor kitchen as well as a sink and outdoor fridge.
This unit is dog freindly (house broken only). This unit is NON SMOKING. This includes cigaretts, Vapes, Marijuana ect, failure to follow the smoking policy will result in a $250.00 charge.

Great Experience

Just rented this past weekend for a group camping trip at Gregoire Lake. The communication throughout was very good & the host was very easy to deal with. Overall is was a great experience & we would most certainly recommend this rental.

Great for our young family

We recently rented the trailer for two nights at Gregoire Lake. We asked for delivery and the host was very accommodating. We have two small kids and both of them loved the bunks. Us parents loved to have a fridge/sink outside and a quiet separate room. Thanks for letting us stay!
