Note: you must have a class 4 or 5 drivers license in BC to pull this rig. That is the law here, and it makes sense as it is so large.
This Redwood has seen very little road time as we've lived in it year round, in only 3 locations in South Surrey, for the past 4 1/2 years. The main reasons we bought it are the reasons you'll love it! It was the first year that Redwood offered a residential Kitchen package - full french door Samsung fridge with ice maker, Fisher-Paykel dishwasher (best I've ever owned) and a great microwave. No stove in this one as I wanted the storage, and storage there is! I used a toaster oven the whole time. The dual pantries put residential home storage to shame, with drawers that have outlets for your coffee maker etc. the washer and dryer work very well, and we found that the bathroom set up was totally convenient, with the separate sink in the bedroom. Lots of storage in the closets and drawers too. Two LG televisions, two air conditioning units, and dual fuel heating- electric and propane add to your comfort level.
There is an extra slide for the queen bed, and that extra foot of room at the end of the bed was a dream for getting ready for day or night.
Good sized walk in shower with adjustable shower head height, lots of storage in the toilet area, a built in vacuum cleaner, coat closet at front door, and a large cargo hold underneath with a few extra little spots for other stuff. No generators with this though and you need 50amp service for everything to work.
Things to know: the ceiling lights don't have a long life - not sure why. We've replaced several, but there is a lot of light in the unit, especially with the blinds and screens up.
