Included in rental rate: Propane tanks are filled by the owner before departure and are complimentary. The guest is not responsible for re-fueling before returning.

Cleaning policy:

Optional for a fee

Included in rental rate: Cleaning the trailer and emptying all the tanks is complimentary and completed by the owner upon the trailers return at no extra cost.
Mandatory for a fee: Cleaning the trailer is done by the owner for a flat fee. The guest is not responsible for cleaning or emptying any of the trailer's tanks upon its return. Even though this is a mandatory fee, the guest still needs to select at checkout.
Optional for a fee: Cleaning the trailer can be done by the owner for an optional flat fee. The guest is not responsible for cleaning or emptying any of the trailer's tanks upon its return. Even though this is an optional fee, the guest still needs to select at checkout if they would like to add.
Not included: Cleaning the trailer is not included in the rental price and the guest is responsible for returning the trailer in the same condition as it was pick up in, which includes emptying all tanks. Failure to do so could result in fees and fines.

Cancellations made by the guest, 7 days before will be fully refunded except for a service fee of 15.75%.

My Trailer FAQs

Is the propane included?

One of the 30lb tanks will be full at the time of rental, if you use more than 30lbs than renter will be responsible for purchase.

Is the generator included?

The generator will be supplied empty of gas, renter responsible for all gas usage in the generator

You offer food and drinks at an extra cost, how does this work?

If you need me to buy supplies for you before your trip I will add %15 to the cost of the items purchased to be paid to me in cash or etransfer at time of trailer pick up.

Cleaning is not included?

Basic common courtesy here, make a mess and clean it up. Black tank must be dumped and flushed. Cleaning wipes are supplied. Broom and vacuum are supplied. If black tank is not empty, $35 will be added for me to do it. If trailer is not cleaned, left in the condition it was received, $35 will be added.

Will the generator run the AC?

You bet!

How long will the batteries last without a charge?

Depends on power useage and weather. If the furnace is coming on at night then I would charge the batteries daily, if you’re only using lights at night before going to bed in the summer, then the weekend for sure. Will soon be equipped with a solar panel.
