Please note: Due to the current Covid 19 situation I am unfortunately not renting my trailer at this time.

This is a nearly new tent trailer that has only been used several times. It comes with a 3-way fridge, 2 burner stove (which can be used either inside or outside), double propane tanks, 12-volt battery, furnace, sink, table, King size bed, double bed, and a single child’s bed. Sleeps 5.

It also comes with an awning, fan, camp chairs, pots, pans, utensils, a separate screened eating tent, and is equipped to accept 120 Volt household electricity.
The propane tanks will be full when you pick it up and are expected to be returned full.
The $50 cleaning fee will be waived if the unit is returned clean. (min 4 days).

Included in rental rate: Cleaning the trailer and emptying all the tanks is complimentary and completed by the owner upon the trailers return at no extra cost.
Mandatory for a fee: Cleaning the trailer is done by the owner for a flat fee. The guest is not responsible for cleaning or emptying any of the trailer's tanks upon its return. Even though this is a mandatory fee, the guest still needs to select at checkout.
Optional for a fee: Cleaning the trailer can be done by the owner for an optional flat fee. The guest is not responsible for cleaning or emptying any of the trailer's tanks upon its return. Even though this is an optional fee, the guest still needs to select at checkout if they would like to add.

Cancellation Policy
