Our brand new trailer is light weight, fully equipped and ready to take you on the camping holiday of your dreams!
We took her for her maiden voyage in June 2020, and did a 16 day camping trip around Northern BC and the Yukon. We towed it with my husband's 2010 Nissan Frontier (quite a small truck) and it towed with ease. The sway bars make it a very smooth tow.
"Plan B" comfortably sleeps 4 people, with a queen bed at the front and bunk beds that each hold 300+ pounds. The kitchen table also folds down into a very small bed, that could sleep one small adult on an angle, or 2 children.
There is lots of storage! The bottom bunk folds in, and you can access the area behind that from the outside of the trailer - great for storing bikes or other big items while you are travelling. The dining table benches both have storage underneath, and the queen bed lifts up with lots of storage space underneath as well.
The skylight in the shower provides a lot of natural light and head room, so even if you are 6ft tall, you can stand up straight in the shower - something we noticed a lot of trailers don't offer when we were shopping around for one.
Propane furnace heats up the trailer on a cold night in just minutes, and the air conditioner does the same on a hot day (when hooked up to 30 amp service). There is a portable 80 Watt solar panel that can be used to keep your 12 volt battery charged if you decide to stay in non-powered sites.
This trailer has its own brakes but requires the tow vehicle to have a tow package and compatible brake controller. We have a Prodigy which works well for us and we are willing to lend it out if you don't have your own. Some newer vehicles come with built-in controllers that should work with this trailer.
Pet and family friendly!
