Super nice well maintained 5th wheeler with everything you need.
Kitchen with gas stove, microwave, mini toaster oven, fridge, freezer, water pump and double sink.
Air-condition for the warm days/nights and furnace for the cold days/nights.
Queen size bed with shower, sink and toilet.
Fold out couch for two persons. Dinette table can nice used as sleeping space for two younger kids if need be.
32 inch Samsung smart monitor (M7) which can hook up to your phones internet and you can watch Netflix, Amazon TV etc.
Blue tooth radio for your music.
Two 20 lbs propane tanks, one with hookup for Pitboss BBQ.
Propane firepit included for those campgrounds where you can't have a real bonfire. You have to provide propane for the firepit because is uses up to 20 lbs per day if you run it a lot. I have a spare refillable tank you can borrow.
Plenty of storage space in the trailer and and some in the outside storage space.
Big awning and one slide.
