Timber Ridge 2011 270 DBHS, well maintained, fully equipped, smoke free, heavy duty half tonne towable.

Enjoy a get away to the great outdoors in our home away from home!

Our trailer features a full slide out of the couch and dining area opening up the interior for a nice spacious feel.

Equipped with full kitchen (stove/oven/microwave/fridge), basic utensils, dinnerware and cooking accessories, toaster and coffee maker. All the product for the cleaning.

A full bathroom with shower with tub, and a lot storage. We include the toilet paper.

Sliding doors close the main queen bed off from the rest of the trailer providing privacy from any other occupants you have in the trailer with you.

This trailer sleeps 8 but we would say more like 4 very comfortably, 8 if everyone likes to snuggle. ;) Bunk are the size of twin bed, dinette transfer to a bed and also the sofa.

One of our favorite features is the second door that enters by the right its save when you stop or going to your friend.

We are happy to include our 2 burners stove, 4 chairs and cooler along with our trailer and of course make yourself at home with a variety of games available to help pass the lazy afternoons enjoying your getaway. Propane tanks will be filled and ready to go.

Of course we could also provide for Extra Fee:

·        Fresh wash sheets, blankets and pillow. (10$ per bed)

·        Propane tank for burner stove (8$ each)

·        Delivery and set up can be arranged for an additional cost depending on your destination.

·        Anything you need can be arranged.

All you need to bring along is your grocery, clothes, your toiletries and you are set to enjoy your vacation.

Included in rental rate: Cleaning the trailer and emptying all the tanks is complimentary and completed by the owner upon the trailers return at no extra cost.
Mandatory for a fee: Cleaning the trailer is done by the owner for a flat fee. The guest is not responsible for cleaning or emptying any of the trailer's tanks upon its return. Even though this is a mandatory fee, the guest still needs to select at checkout.
